Naked Instinct was the first and only release on David’s Dementia Home Video imprint. According to the fall 1992 issue of B-Movie Zone it seems the original intent was to distribute European movies and “on occasion, extremely unusual and sexy eclectic dramas” and it was originally to be called Dementia 13. Naked Instinct was the only movie ever released but I think it’s safe to call it an unusual and sexy drama. It’s certainly unusual and, as a fan of full frontal male nudity, I’d say it’s pretty sexy.
