I was amazed to find this article. I often practice in the nude when the weather is too warm for clothing for the some of the reasons specified in this article–having to do with ease of movement. Also, I have heard that all yoga was originally practiced nude, so I never thought there was an actual ancient sub genre of “Nude Yoga”. Thanks for the info!
